the newly build, high standard housing estate is located only 1 km from Pattaya City, 400 meters from the Jomtien Beach. Various pubs and restaurants are in walking distance.

14 villas with common areas like the club-house with pool, children's pool, sauna and massage, a coffee shop, business center and a fitness centre as well as a VIP van. 24 hours security service.

 

Accommodation:
Luxurious 1-Bedroom Villas and
2-Bedroom Villas offer private atmosphere. Every villa got a fully equipped kitchen and a private pool, shielded from outside look, decorated with tropical plants.

Of course there are also hotel-like amenities like daily cleaning- and 24 hours room service. The reception can also organize your private pool BBQ with the resorts "Kitchen Chief". The friendly decorated villas got A/C, Sat.-TV, mini-bar and a safe.
